Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Administration Specialist to join our team at Marlen & Associates in Houston. This is a short-term contract position that will involve land system clean up, with occasional office work and remote collaboration.

  • Maintain/update land records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Calculate interests and perform complex calculations to support business decisions.
  • Assist with title review and due diligence processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with owners and stakeholders.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Land Administration with an upstream operator.
  • Proficiency in PakEnergy (PakLand, LandVantage) software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
