Job Title: Land Development Coordinator

Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $75,000 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented Land Development Coordinator to join our team at M/I Homes. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating land development activities, including lot purchase agreements, closings, and deposit requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate lot purchase agreements, closings, and deposit requests
  • Assist with land development scheduling and critical dates summaries
  • Provide support to the land acquisition team, including data analysis and reporting
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in land development or real estate
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools
