">The Land Development Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping our communities and enhancing homeowner experiences. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and direct land development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery while adhering to budgets and schedules.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.">
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in land development.">
- Computer literacy, including word-processing, spreadsheet analysis, project scheduling, and data management software.">
- Detail-oriented problem-solving skills and ability to deal with complex situations.">
- A valid driver's license and good driving record.">
- Physical and office/site presence requirements include regular attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours.">
