Job Overview

The Reserves Network Inc is seeking a skilled Land Contract Specialist to join their team. This role involves processing and tracking executed land contracts, as well as related transactions, including revisions and updates of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter critical dates on land contracts and track changes and updates.
  • Process payment requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform related tasks such as copying, filing, saving, indexing, and organizing transactional documents.
  • Update sales contract forms and data as directed by the Legal Department.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college preferred.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience are necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail is vital for this role.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint), are required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary for success in this position.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $41,600 - $52,000 per year, based on a $20.00 - $25.00 per hour pay rate. The company offers various benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, accident insurance, and behavioral health insurance. Additionally, employees can participate in the 401K plan and direct deposit program.
