Key Responsibilities- Oversee complex scheduling, coordinating meetings and appointments for both personal and professional engagements.
- Manage email correspondence and direct messages, ensuring timely responses or appropriate delegation.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating the collection of signatures on essential documents.
- Maintain and oversee personal financial statements, cash flows, and deposits for the President.
- Compile necessary data and assist in the preparation of the President's tax returns.
- Conduct research and gather data to support strategic initiatives for the leadership team, ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings.
- Organize travel logistics, including flights and accommodations, for both professional and personal trips.
- Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the President and Vice President, including correspondence with investors and partners.
