Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive/Operations Assistant to join our team at Guardian Property Management. This full-time position is based in the Fargo-Moorhead area and requires working from home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our key leaders, including running errands, answering inquiries and emails from tenants, coordinating with maintenance staff, data entry, and transaction management for monthly accounting. Additionally, they will assist with filling vacancies for our long-term & Airbnb rental portfolio and provide real estate agent assistance with contracts & other day-to-day activities.

This is a versatile role that requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including running errands and answering inquiries
