Job Summary

Care IV Home Health is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including billing, claims, eligibility, cash posting, accounts receivables, and collections. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of Revenue Cycle Specialists, mentoring and coaching staff, and conducting regular staff meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including billing, claims, eligibility, cash posting, accounts receivables, and collections.
  • Leadership: Guide and manage a team of Revenue Cycle Specialists, mentoring and coaching staff, and conducting regular staff meetings.
  • Monitoring, Reporting & Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures, monitor best practice standards, and complete regular reporting to management.
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports.
  • Complete weekly/monthly reporting to management, as required.
  • Develop and implement strategies to impact P&L concern areas.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of management or team leadership experience required.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration is preferred.
