Position Overview:
The Revenue Cycle Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting management by overseeing, refining, and evaluating the billing and collection processes for accounts receivables (AR). This position is essential for resolving complex payer challenges and ensuring the efficiency of revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage assigned projects to achieve defined objectives.
- Gather and analyze revenue cycle data for special initiatives.
- Assist in formulating billing office policies and procedures.
- Review AR reports to identify discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to address issues.
- Conduct training sessions on revenue cycle operations for new staff, covering essential software and tools.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide performance feedback to management.
- Advise management on revenue cycle operations and recommend improvements.
- Perform audits as directed by the Revenue Cycle Manager.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for various stakeholders regarding revenue cycle processes.
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
- Facilitate meetings to discuss trends and discrepancies in revenue cycle operations.
- Promote exceptional customer service standards, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in medical or FQHC billing.
- Preferred two years of project management experience.
- Certification from the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex instructions and data.
- Proficient in project management and organizational principles.
- Capable of analyzing problems and making informed decisions.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while handling confidential information.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.

Salary Range:
$70,200 - $91,520, commensurate with experience.
