Ambulatory Care Clinical Director

This is a unique opportunity to join a talented team of healthcare professionals at the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. As an Advanced Practice Nurse Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction, while working collaboratively with other healthcare teams.
Key Requirements:- Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible compact state
- AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent
- 5 years nursing experience required, with a minimum of 1 year in ambulatory care
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, with a Master's degree preferred
The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
