Job Description: Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a skilled Ambulatory Surgical Center RN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical center environment, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

About the Position: As an Ambulatory Surgical Center RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessment, education, and support during procedures. You will also collaborate with the facility management team to ensure smooth workflow, efficient use of resources, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, education, and support during procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, lab results, and procedure details.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement activities, including monitoring and reporting adverse events.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (R.N.) from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure and ACLS certification.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in ambulatory surgical center or related field.
  • Proficient in IV insertion, cardiac rhythm recognition, and medical database software.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
