Ambulatory Care LPN Specialist

A challenging opportunity exists for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System team. This role will provide direct care to patients in an ambulatory setting, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and accurately document patient information
- Contribute to the development of individualized care plans based on medical orders and multidisciplinary assessments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Requirements
- CURRENT LPN Licensure in Virginia or eligible licensure required
- AHA BLS Certification or equivalent required
- Experience as a LPN in either an acute care setting or applicable area of practice preferred
