Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Sales Manager to join our team at Powerex. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic plans to meet our annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans, budgets, and schedules to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the transportation industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and engineering, to drive business results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing, leadership, or engineering roles, with a focus on the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work productively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
