Transportation Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Sales Manager to join our team at Powerex. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic plans to meet our annual revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual sales plans, budgets, and schedules to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the transportation industry
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and engineering, to drive business results
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing, leadership, or engineering roles, with a focus on the automotive industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work productively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
