Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at DARCARS BMW of Mount Kisco. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and revenue
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Conduct sales training and coaching to improve sales skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales management experience in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
