Job Title: President & Rental Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven President & Rental Sales Director to lead our sales and operations team at Mobile Steam Boiler Rental Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Operational Leadership: Manage the Asset Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring efficient coordination between asset availability, maintenance, and sales.
  • Financial Oversight: Work closely with the shared services provider to manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing leadership team across sales, operations, and asset management functions.
  • Market Expansion and Strategic Planning: Lead efforts to expand market share and grow the company's presence in the boiler rental industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales or operations role within the industrial equipment rental or boiler industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
  • Strong understanding of boiler systems, steam & hydronic technology, and related services.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading senior-level managers.
