Job Overview:

The Production Quality Assurance Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee both quality assurance and quality control, focusing on product quality, service standards, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance in manufacturing, new product introduction, incoming goods inspection, and product evaluation.
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives to address primary quality concerns within the production environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions under guidance or based on established practices.
  • Engage with business leadership to specify requirements, communicate project strategies, and present research findings.
  • Deliver results as part of a collaborative team effort.
  • Utilize proven technologies and methodologies to lead analytical and design tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Provide updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding metrics, project progress, and research outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Quality.

Eligibility Requirements:
This position is limited to U.S. persons due to access to export-controlled technology. Candidates must successfully pass background and drug screenings.
