Job Summary

This is a 2nd shift position available from 3pm-11:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret work orders, formulas, and processing charts to determine specifications and sequence of operations.
  • Weigh or measure ingredients and binding agents according to specifications.
  • Mix and grind materials to produce desired compositions.
  • Operate various processing machines and equipment to prepare, combine, or change the structure of materials.
  • Clean materials as required prior to processing operations.
  • Inspect, measure, and test components according to specifications.
  • Enclose components in housings and stamp or etch identifying information on finished components.
  • Count, sort, and weigh processed items.
  • Maintain records of production and inspection dates.
  • Adhere to and follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out, reporting safety concerns, and using personal protective equipment as required.
  • Meet all quality assurance standards of the product.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work overtime and any shift.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language, interpret and follow written procedures, complete documentation, and follow verbal instructions.
Eligibility Requirements
  • This role is restricted to U.S. persons due to access to export-controlled technology.
  • Must pass physical, background, and drug screens.
Desired Characteristics
  • Minimum of 1 year of job-related experience and/or training in a related manufacturing/production environment.
  • Proven experience and willingness to be self-directed and identify improvement processes.
  • Ability and willingness to work effectively with others in a team setting.
