Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise and manage all food and beverage personnel, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including menu planning, pricing, and promotions.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience, responding promptly to guest complaints and concerns.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and retention.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and storage, ensuring that all food and beverage products are stocked and available to meet guest demand.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain effective loss prevention measures, including monitoring inventory, controlling waste, and preventing theft.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on departmental performance, including sales, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, drive revenue growth, and maintain high standards of quality and service. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills required.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certification and/or other relevant certifications preferred.
