Job Summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a highly skilled Director of Human Resources Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the CFO, Global finance and IT organizations in achieving their business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to retain, engage, develop, and design work to maximize productivity and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support management on change management initiatives and lead HR work streams as required
  • Provide guidance and expertise in organization structure and design to ensure support of the short- and long-term goals of the organization
  • Identify and manage key metrics and analytics to support decisions driving the people agenda for the business
  • Lead workforce planning for assigned client group(s), ensuring short term and long-term talent requirements are identified and action plans developed in partnership with the talent acquisition organization
  • Deploy all relevant Talent Management processes in assigned client group(s) to ensure identification, assessment and development of talent required to deliver business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience as Senior HR Business Partner supporting Global finance and IT organizations
  • Experience supporting c-suite executives
  • Strong understanding of Comp & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Organization Design
  • Excellent analytical skills including experience of workforce planning, business reporting and a fact-based decision-making style
  • Passion for performance coaching and management at all levels, particularly executive levels
  • Strong change management, communications and influence skills
