Human Resources Director

Highgate Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop HR staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to support the business.
- Provide HR support to managers and employees, including employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of HR resources.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a hotel or a related industry.
- Previous supervisory responsibility required.
- College course work in related field helpful.
- Familiarity with and knowledge of employment laws required.
