As a key member of the West Elm marketing team, you will play a vital role in creating brand affinity and driving traffic through strategic marketing initiatives. Your expertise in traditional PR, earned media, and paid social media marketing will be instrumental in developing and managing integrated campaigns that amplify brand communication, seasonal launches, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating 360-degree campaigns that drive media coverage and social media amplification across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and more. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our ambassador network to amplify our brand values and story, while inspiring new customers to shop West Elm.

As part of the team, you will help evolve, refine, and align our email and digital marketing creative to drive sales and meet or exceed financial targets. You will collaborate with other business functions to support a product strategy that meets our customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand affinity and traffic
  • Manage and scale our ambassador network to amplify brand values and story
  • Collaborate with other business functions to support product strategy and drive sales
