Electronic Benefits Platform Builder

Alera Group is seeking a skilled Electronic Benefits Platform Builder to join our Employee Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing our electronic benefits platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management for new benefit platform implementations and renewals
  • Foster positive Client/Broker relationships through clear expectations and regular communication
  • Manage all implementation documents and timelines, ensuring plans are accurately built with thorough testing and quality control
  • Conduct demos and presentations for clients and prospects
  • Collect and organize necessary documentation for implementations
  • Facilitate implementation and renewal calls
  • Contribute to strategic team processes and manage issues promptly and professionally
  • Complete job-related training as needed and take on additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Proficient in accurate data management
  • Experience in managing employee benefits or client relations
  • Ability to effectively liaise with Account Managers, Carriers, and Third-Party Administrators
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing interruptions in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent oral and written abilities for effective interactions with co-workers, clients, and vendors
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational capabilities

Hourly range is $21.63 to $33.65 per hour, based on experience.
