Electronic Assembly and Inspection Specialist

The **Electronic Assembly and Inspection Specialist** plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling, inspecting, and testing electronic components and systems. This position offers a full-time opportunity within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, and systems.
- Conduct inspections and tests on parts, assemblies, and finished products according to established specifications and IPC-610 standards.
- Perform basic soldering and rework on SMT components.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and inspections.
- Assist with inventory management and counts as required.
- Execute other related tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in electronic assembly and inspection is preferred.
- Strong soldering skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and proficiently use hand tools.
- Good eyesight and manual dexterity are essential.
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
This role operates on a standard Monday through Friday schedule, ensuring a balanced work-life environment.
