Key Responsibilities of the EDI Coordinator:

  • Facilitate accurate electronic file submissions by training employer groups and TPAs on file formatting and requirements.
  • Manage electronic group enrollments by entering eligibility records into our custom enterprise system and updating records as necessary.
  • Ensure data accuracy by reviewing enrollment information, analyzing error reports, and collaborating with TPAs and employer groups to resolve discrepancies.
  • Enhance claims processing by conducting scenario testing, investigating errors, and updating enrollment data.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by processing electronic eligibility files promptly and addressing inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide training and support on electronic enrollment processes, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant procedures and tools.
  • Document and update departmental manuals and training materials to maintain accurate reference guides.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online enrollment tools and electronic file formats is preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Work Schedule:

The standard work hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The position will involve on-site training with the possibility of remote work as appropriate.
