Benefits Technology Specialist Enrollment

Alera Group is seeking a skilled Benefits Technology Specialist Enrollment to join our Employee Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand enrollment and eligibility rules and guidelines
  • Working knowledge of multiple enrollment and billing system platforms
  • Comfort level with Microsoft Office Products and carrier enrollment systems
  • Maintain and develop relationships with assigned client and carrier contacts
  • Assess, clarify and validate client service needs on an ongoing basis and refer to the responsible Account Manager as necessary
Requirements:
  • Proven data entry and electronic enrollment experience
  • Background in client services or employee benefits management
  • Skilled in coordinating with Account Managers, Carriers, and Third-Party Administrators
  • Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail
  • Deadline-driven with exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Hourly range is $18.27 to $28.37 per hour, based on experience.
