Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, serving as a vital liaison for the Marketing team while managing a diverse range of responsibilities. This position is primarily onsite during the week, with the flexibility of remote work on Fridays. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, along with experience in Tableau. A keen attention to detail, effective time management skills, and a proactive, positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Brand Marketing and the broader Brand team.
  • Organize and manage scheduling tasks, including appointments, departmental calendars, meetings, and mail/shipping authorizations.
  • Oversee and maintain the monthly Marketing Integrated calendar.
  • Coordinate projects related to Catalogs and Achieve Magazine, ensuring timely internal and external distribution.
  • Process product requests in JDE for photo shoots, special events, and inventory management for Marketing resources.
  • Implement and manage all SOW requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders for external resources, collaborating with Talent Source.
  • Support meeting logistics for the Marketing team, including setup, catering, and IT assistance.
  • Assist with special projects, including Ad Hoc and VCA payment processing for events.
  • Facilitate team celebrations, milestone anniversaries, and personal events.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT and application training.
Qualifications:
  • Experience Level: Entry Level
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Education: Associate's Degree
Required Skills:
  • Marketing: 1 year of experience required
  • SharePoint: 1 year of experience required
  • Tableau: 1 year of experience preferred
