Job Overview

smartdept. is seeking a Marketing Project Administrator for a prominent client in the health and wellness sector. This role is a full-time, hybrid position, offering a 12-month contract with potential for extension. The compensation for this role ranges from $25/hr to $32/hr, depending on the candidate's experience and suitability.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, results-driven individual who is eager to learn and excel in various aspects of Marketing. This fast-paced environment requires a flexible and dynamic person who can effectively prioritize tasks to make a meaningful impact each day.

This vibrant team collaborates with cross-functional partners throughout the organization. Their innovative efforts lead to the development of products that support sales and enhance brand visibility, ultimately helping individuals lead healthier lives.

In this position, you will engage in hands-on work, collaborate with a fantastic team, and partner closely with the Marketing Director, serving as a vital point of contact for the Marketing department while managing a diverse range of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Brand Marketing and the Brand team.
  • Coordinate scheduling tasks, including managing calendars, meetings, and mail/shipping authorizations.
  • Administer and maintain the monthly Marketing Integrated calendar.
  • Oversee project coordination for Brand catalogs and their distribution.
  • Process all product requests for photo shoots, special events, and inventory management.
  • Implement and manage all SOW requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders for external resources.
  • Support meeting logistics for the Marketing team, including setup and IT support.
  • Assist with projects such as Ad Hoc and VCA payment processing for special events.
  • Organize team celebrations and recognize milestone anniversaries.
  • Maintain and replenish office and kitchen supplies as necessary.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT and application training.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and conflict resolution skills, coupled with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
