The Amway North America Marketing team is in search of a highly motivated and efficient individual to assist with the daily operations for the Director and Brand Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be an independent, results-driven professional eager to learn and excel in various aspects of Marketing.

You will partner with the Marketing Director and serve as a key liaison for the Marketing staff, managing a diverse range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Brand Marketing and the Brand team
Manage scheduling tasks, including appointments, organization, and maintenance of departmental calendars, meetings, mail/shipping authorization, and courier requests.
Oversee and maintain the monthly Marketing Integrated calendar.
Coordinate projects for Amway Brand catalogs & Achieve Magazine, including internal/external distribution.
Process all IMR product requests in JDE for photo shoots, special events, and inventory for Marketing cabinets.

Implement, manage, and process all SOW requisitions, ANA invoices, and purchase orders for external resources while collaborating with Talent Source.

Facilitate meeting requests and logistics for the Marketing team (setup, food & IT support).
Assist with projects such as Ad Hoc and VCA payment processing for Special Events.
Support team celebrations, milestone anniversaries, and personal events.
Maintain and replenish Office / Kitchen supplies as necessary.
Handle onboarding/offboarding employee requests - IT/Applications training

Required Qualifications:


Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through a combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life experience.

Skills for Success in this Role:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; proficiency in Tableau is a plus.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting internal/external deadlines.
Attention to detail, time management, and conflict resolution skills, coupled with a proactive, positive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a 'we before me' environment.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
