Position Overview

smartdept. inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator for a prominent client in the health and wellness sector. This is a full-time, hybrid role that offers a 12-month contract with the potential for extension. Compensation for this position ranges from $25/hr to $32/hr, based on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, results-driven individual eager to learn and excel in various aspects of Marketing. This role demands a dynamic and adaptable professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks to make a meaningful impact each day.

This vibrant team collaborates with cross-functional partners throughout the organization. Their innovative efforts lead to the development of products that support sales and enhance brand visibility, ultimately helping individuals lead healthier lives.

In this position, you will engage in hands-on work, collaborate with a talented group, and serve as a vital liaison for the Marketing team, managing a diverse array of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Brand Marketing and the Brand team.
  • Coordinate scheduling tasks, including appointments and maintaining departmental calendars, meetings, and logistics.
  • Administer and oversee the monthly Marketing Integrated calendar.
  • Facilitate project coordination for Brand catalogs and manage internal/external distribution.
  • Process product requests for photo shoots, special events, and maintain inventory for Marketing supplies.
  • Implement and manage all SOW requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders for external resources.
  • Support meeting logistics for the Marketing team, including setup and IT support.
  • Assist with projects such as Ad Hoc and VCA payment processing for special events.
  • Coordinate team celebrations, milestone anniversaries, and personal events.
  • Maintain and replenish office and kitchen supplies as necessary.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding requests, including IT and applications training.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and conflict resolution skills, coupled with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
