Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, serving as a vital link for the Marketing team while managing a diverse range of responsibilities. This position is primarily onsite with flexible remote work options. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Office/SharePoint, Tableau, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective time management, and conflict resolution skills, all while maintaining a proactive and positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Brand Marketing and the Brand team in various initiatives.

  • Coordinate scheduling tasks, including appointments, calendar management, meetings, and logistics for mail/shipping authorization and courier requests.

  • Administer and oversee the monthly Marketing Integrated calendar.

  • Facilitate project coordination for Catalogs and Achieve Magazine, ensuring timely internal and external distribution.

  • Process all product requests in the system for photo shoots, special events, and inventory management for Marketing supplies.

  • Implement and manage all Statements of Work (SOW) requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders for external resources, collaborating with Talent Source.

  • Support meeting logistics for the Marketing team, including setup, catering, and IT assistance.

  • Assist with special projects, including payment processing for events.

  • Organize team celebrations, milestone anniversaries, and other significant events.

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT and application training.
Qualifications:
  • Experience Level: Entry Level
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Education: Associate's Degree
Required Skills:
  • Marketing (1 year of experience required)
  • SharePoint (1 year of experience required)
  • Tableau (1 year of experience preferred)
