Position Overview:
As a Clinical Services Representative II within the Cardiology department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of our medical office. This position involves a variety of administrative responsibilities that ensure smooth patient interactions and office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • Financial Operations: Handling scheduling, pre-registration, and patient check-in processes. You will also manage financial documentation, including HIPAA compliance forms and insurance verification.
  • Patient Guidance: Advising patients on necessary paperwork and assisting them in understanding the requirements for their visits.
  • Database Management: Maintaining and updating patient records, including demographic and insurance information, to ensure accuracy in our systems.
  • Billing Support: Collecting co-pays and processing transactions while preparing documentation for financial reconciliation.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Addressing routine patient billing questions and directing more complex issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with computer databases and financial systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
