Administrative Trust Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Trust Administrator, where you will play a critical role in managing a portfolio of trusts and delivering exceptional client service.
You will be responsible for collecting and organizing trust-related documents, processing transactions, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about trust administration and committed to delivering exceptional results.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $83,500 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 100+ trusts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of trust management principles and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably with a focus on trust management.
- 2-3 years of experience in trust administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with trust accounting software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
