Fluor's Infrastructure O&M division is on the lookout for an O&M Analyst to join our expanding Operations and Maintenance team. This role will involve assisting in the preparation of estimates, work plans, and various activities related to O&M infrastructure projects.

Within Fluor's Urban Solutions sector, our Infrastructure O&M division delivers Operations & Maintenance services for both newly constructed projects and existing infrastructure.


As an O&M Analyst, you will gain insights into our estimating practices and assist in developing estimates for a range of infrastructure projects. You will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with seasoned professionals to learn, comprehend, and implement estimating methodologies. Regular opportunities will be available for you to explore other aspects of our business and expand your knowledge base.


This role typically opens pathways to transition into project-based positions or other sectors/business lines within Fluor across the United States and internationally.

Occasional travel may be necessary to visit existing and prospective project sites.



  • Conduct material take-offs and workload assessments;
  • Identify and collect pricing from suppliers/subcontractors and evaluate the gathered information;
  • Prepare project documentation and contribute to project estimates by recognizing activities, reporting project status, and performance;
  • Assist in proposal development;
  • Propose strategies to enhance efficiency and precision in estimates and proposals;
  • Maintain technical expertise by staying updated on industry trends, available systems, and equipment for best practices in infrastructure O&M;
  • Travel for site visits may be required (typically 1-3 days out of the office);
  • Learn and apply asset management principles and best practices in daily operations;
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
