Position Summary
The Operations Analyst is pivotal in enhancing transparency regarding business metrics and intelligence through effective data and analytics visualization. This role will primarily collaborate with our Sales, Commercial & Sales Operations, and Supply Chain Teams to ensure that performance data is readily accessible to the organization. Additionally, the Operations Analyst will support the sales team by providing essential operating metrics, including open orders and overdue invoices. This position is crucial for driving improvements in business effectiveness and efficiency through the utilization of various business tools, including SFDC, Tableau, and SAP. Furthermore, the Operations Analyst will contribute to training initiatives for team members on business tools and processes.

Responsibilities
The Operations Analyst will undertake the following duties:
● Assess the performance of various systems
● Create customer profiles within VWTS systems
● Establish sales orders and project setups
● Monitor customer accounts on credit hold
● Prepare work orders for aftermarket Field Service Representatives (FSRs)
● Track purchase order shipments
● Manage project invoicing
● Follow up on accounts receivable
● Ensure timely vendor invoice payments
● Monitor commission structures to guarantee accurate payments
● Receive materials into VWTS systems
● Release projects in SAP
● Maintain and update sales tax information in the portal
● Analyze and evaluate key performance indicators and critical quality metrics
● Occasionally support business review activities
● Engage in business analysis and improvement initiatives

Qualifications
