The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in critical areas such as patch management, backup operations, migrations, and the implementation of Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments in hybrid settings.
  • Provide expert guidance on disaster recovery strategies and infrastructure stability best practices.
  • Conduct regular patching and updates to uphold system security and reliability.
  • Oversee backup processes and recovery operations in high-stakes environments.
  • Plan and execute server migrations, including transitioning workloads to cloud platforms.
  • Support a diverse range of applications, including .NET, Java, SQL, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server-level issues for production applications.
  • Utilize security tools, such as Tenable, for effective vulnerability management.
  • Implement automated patch management using tools like SCCM.
  • Develop comprehensive disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and safeguard data integrity.
  • Demonstrate strong networking expertise, particularly in OSI layer functionality and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet infrastructure requirements and support application deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies, such as Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
  • Networking certifications, including Network+ or CCNA.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and collaborative skills to ensure the seamless operation of our infrastructure systems.
