Job Overview:

JobRialto is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our general purpose and manufacturing business network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain network security and business infrastructure for our facility.
  • Bridge the gap between our in-house knowledge and remote support teams.
  • Provide expert-level support for network administration, including wired and wireless network architecture, configuration of network switches, routers, and SD-WAN.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure and maintain and upgrade network cabling within the Data Center and building cabinets.
  • Provide end-user support and customer service experience, including experience with Windows 10 and 11 deployment and troubleshooting, printers, scanners, label printers, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Manage requests and incidents within a service desk tool.
  • Administer servers, including operating system management, sharing and folder privileges, racking, cabling, and commissioning servers, backup and storage, server monitoring and optimization, and firewall configuration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and Process Control Networks.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
