Job Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the food and beverage department. Your role will involve:

  • Adapting to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ensuring adherence to all operational procedures within the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage safety and quality in line with hotel and franchise guidelines.
  • Facilitating effective communication with the General Manager, Department Managers, Supervisors, and team members.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Taking and processing food and beverage orders, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as food items to guests with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Handling payment transactions accurately.
  • Assisting in the upkeep of the dining area and restaurant equipment.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • At least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
  • Certification in food safety (ServSafe) and alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for our clientele.
