Key Responsibilities

Efficiently take food and beverage orders, deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and serve food to guests in alignment with hotel standards, ensuring courteous service. Process payments and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the dining area and equipment.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a comparable role with public interaction.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Effective communication skills with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Completion of ServSafe and/or food safety training.
  • Training in alcohol awareness (such as TIPS).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
