Role Summary

As a Concessions Manager, you will lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional service and quality food to our patrons. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the setup and readiness of all service stations for events.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of team members to uphold our standards.
  • Manage event operations, providing solutions to any challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Engage in loss prevention strategies proactively.
  • Support both concessions and premium service departments as required.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on point of sale systems.
  • Implement and communicate promotional activities in a timely manner.
  • Oversee cash management and ensure compliance with financial protocols.
  • Work with culinary and purchasing teams to maintain accurate inventory and margin calculations.
  • Ensure adherence to Payment Card Information regulations.
  • Implement production sheets to minimize waste and optimize service.
  • Conduct coaching sessions with team members to promote growth.
  • Complete monthly reports on beverage wastage.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure service standards are met during events.
  • Facilitate pre-shift meetings to prepare the team for upcoming events.
  • Manage scheduling based on event forecasts and team availability.
  • Complete safety inspections and training for team members regularly.
  • Support communication with subcontractors to ensure compliance with training and paperwork.
  • Assist in various duties as assigned to support the business.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in a food and beverage management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with hospitality software.
  • Genuine passion for food service and guest relations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
