Role Responsibilities

We are in search of a Critical Care Registered Nurse for our ICU. In this role, you will provide expert clinical care to ensure that all patients receive high-quality, efficient treatment in a demanding environment. We are a supportive team looking for a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to patient care.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating care for critically ill patients.
  • Educating patients and families about medications and treatment plans.
  • Maintaining and reviewing patient records, including test results.
  • Administering medications as per physician directives.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Florida Registered Nurse license or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
  • ACLS certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
  • NIHSS certification is required within six months of hire.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and proficiency in computer skills are essential.
