Role Responsibilities

We are in search of a dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurse for our ICU. You will deliver clinical expertise to guarantee that all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a demanding environment. Our team is committed to supporting one another, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for patient care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating the care of critically ill patients.
  • Educating patients and families about medications and treatment plans.
  • Maintaining and reviewing patient records, including test results.
  • Administering medications according to physician directives.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Florida Registered Nurse license or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Prior experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
  • ACLS certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
  • NIHSS certification is required within six months of hire.
  • Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and communication skills are essential.
