Role Responsibilities

As a Critical Care Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will deliver clinical expertise to ensure that all patients receive high-quality and efficient care in a fast-paced environment. We are a collaborative team that values mutual support and seeks a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to patient care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
  • Educate patients and their families on medication and treatment protocols.
  • Maintain and update patient records, including test results and examinations.
  • Administer medications as per physician directives.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Florida Registered Nurse license or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Prior experience in an acute care setting is highly desirable.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
  • ACLS certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
  • NIHSS certification is required within six months of hire.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, commitment to service excellence, and effective communication abilities are essential.
