Job Overview:

The Security Cooperation Program Office (SCPO) within the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Sustainment Group and International Sustainment Department (ISD) V45 is tasked with providing Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) support services for Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to both new and existing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) clients.


The Logistics Program Analyst will assist various NAVAIR International Program Managers and Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APML). This role functions as an aide to the Senior Program Analyst on significant projects, supporting program analysis activities, including technical research, report coordination, and the development of program monitoring systems. The Analyst will track the execution of corrective actions and milestone achievements, continuously evaluating progress.



Key Responsibilities:
• Drafts technical, financial, and project-related documentation for inclusion in Program Management Reviews (PMR) and other meetings.

• Monitors project costs and schedules, initiating necessary schedule actions.

• Coordinates program activities among management, clients, and contractors.

• Aids in the development of plans, including budgets and schedules, to fulfill contract and program requirements.

• Oversees the progress of program requirements.

• Researches and prepares briefing materials for executive-level program reviews and Technical Coordination Meetings (TCM).


• Tracks the implementation of required corrective actions and milestone achievements, evaluating progress to identify problem areas and propose solutions.


• Participates in Program Management Reviews, Technical Coordination Meetings, conferences, briefings, and other significant program activities as required.

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:


A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and over three (3) years of relevant experience in fields related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline pertinent to acquisition or life cycle management.

Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

An active Secret or Interim Secret Clearance is mandatory.

This position is contingent upon funding.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $77,000. However, this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and potentially contractual requirements, and may fall outside of this range.
