Job Overview:

The Security Cooperation Program Office (SCPO) within the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Sustainment Group, specifically the International Sustainment Department (ISD) V45, is tasked with delivering Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) support services for Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to both new and existing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) clients.


The Logistics Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in facilitating Digital Modernization initiatives that support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistics operations across NAVAIR.

This position is part of an Agile Team engaged in various stages of solution development, starting with process and workflow requirements, data management, and SharePoint Development, and potentially advancing to sophisticated Microsoft Power Platform Development and Delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in Customer Requirements Gathering activities, organizing layout, data views, workflows, and other information for the SharePoint Development team.


- Collaborate with the team to implement SharePoint solutions that align with customer business needs, which may include creating and maintaining custom SharePoint solutions such as web parts, content types, fields, lists, and libraries.

- Additional tasks may involve developing custom workflows, calendars, and applications within SharePoint.

- Act as the primary liaison with customers/product owners to communicate progress on feature development and provide status updates.

- Participate in data interpretation, validation, and verification efforts transitioning from legacy tools to new SharePoint Solutions.

- Conduct user testing scenarios, delivering results and feedback to development team members.

- Assist in creating user guides and participate in training for end users.


- Utilize on-the-job training and online resources to enhance proficiency in comprehensive development techniques using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform technologies.


- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform SPFx, PnP, Rest API (Microsoft Graph and SharePoint), Power Apps, and Power Automate.

- Employ data modeling techniques to create Power BI-based dashboards.

- Integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services, including Power Automate, SharePoint, and SQL Server.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

- Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.

- Position is contingent upon funding.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $103,000 - $116,000. However, this is not a guarantee of compensation, as salary will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and potentially contractual requirements, which may result in compensation outside of this range.
