About the Role:
KBR is seeking a skilled FMS Logistics Analyst to support our team in providing logistics services to NAVAIR aviation programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for FMS cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide logistics support to the government by assisting with the development of pre-case, initial, and sustaining ILS requirements for FMS cases.
- Address complex and significant logistics issues and provide research, analysis, and recommendations to senior personnel.
- Sanitize and modify Technical Publications, including Integrated Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), prior to release to the government and foreign customer.
- Support program efforts, including the analysis of special FMS logistics issues and requirements for major weapon systems programs.
- Conduct on-site work at NAS Patuxent River, MD, with occasional domestic and international travel required for logistics activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and greater than three (3) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline.
- Experience with military aviation technical publications and the ability to sanitize and edit technical manuals, including IETMs.
- Technical writing experience is desired.
- U.S. Secret Security Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance required.
- Familiarity with the 12 IPS elements, including Product/Program Support Management, Sustaining Engineering, and Supply Support.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment and travel as required for the role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and similar computer-based productivity applications.
