Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is in search of a Logistics Program Analyst to provide support for our esteemed NAVAIR clientele. The Analyst will undertake a variety of responsibilities as outlined below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes analytical methodologies to assess program and project goals.
  • Evaluates requirements, current status, financials, and timelines.
  • Conducts management, technical, or business case evaluations.
  • Gathers, organizes, and interprets data related to aircraft and weapon system acquisitions.
  • Monitors program and project timelines and progress.
  • Creates program acquisition documentation, including PIDs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
  • Updates NAVAIR AMS Tools and provides insights on financial and procurement activities.
  • Implements government-mandated processes for documentation and data management.
  • Oversees program/project status, configuration management, and data deliverables.
  • Applies relevant policies and documentation to facilitate program support through life-cycle management of military acquisition initiatives.
  • Handles program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military projects.
Education Requirements:
A BA/BS degree is required; an AA degree may be accepted with an additional two years of relevant experience.

Experience Requirements:
3 to 10 years of experience in roles similar to those described.

Preferred Experience:
  • A minimum of four years in program management or technical/business analysis, with at least two years of experience using NAVAIR AMS Suite of Tools.
  • Experience in providing essential program management support for significant DoD acquisition systems across various aircraft and systems.
Security Clearance:
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required.
