About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Breg, a leading distributor of orthopedic products. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and objectives in designated accounts, providing product education and support to customers, and managing inventory and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Achieve sales targets and grow revenue in assigned territory through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.
  • Product Education and Support: Provide technical and clinical product knowledge to customers, prospective customers, and patients to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order and return products as needed, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient logistics and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Trade Shows and Events: Represent Breg at local trade shows and events to showcase products and build brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a science field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of demonstrated success in business-to-business sales, business development, and/or direct patient contact is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
  • Location: Must live in the territory and be willing to travel.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $50,000-$70,000 a year starting base salary pending candidate's experience.
  • Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, participation in a 401k plan, mileage and expense reimbursement.
