Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to support our Ohio Springfield division at Coilplus Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand product offerings.
  • Conduct on-site sales presentations to showcase Coilplus products and services, highlighting their value and benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition and meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with the inventory/material management team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Provide market-relevant information to customers to help them make informed business decisions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience, preferably in the metal sales industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, with occasional travel to company locations as needed.

Work Environment:

The Territory Sales Manager will work under general supervision, with a high degree of autonomy and latitude in decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is USD $70,000 - USD $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
