Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to support our Ohio Springfield division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the metal industry and a passion for building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities to increase sales and expand product offerings.
  • Conduct on-site sales presentations to showcase Coilplus products and services, highlighting their value and benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement sales campaigns, promoting Coilplus products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Coilplus products and services, as well as the needs and requirements of customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the metal industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, as well as to Coilplus locations as needed.
