Territory Sales Manager

**Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to support our Ohio Springfield division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the metal products industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defined territory.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Effectively forecast sales and inventory purchases to ensure accurate planning and execution.
- Conduct on-site sales presentations to identify new ways to use Coilplus products and open new markets.
- Develop professional relationships with customers at multiple levels within their organizations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and how Coilplus products can satisfy them.
- Grow existing customer business by introducing new products and services.
- Work with inventory/material management to ensure specific customer needs are met.
- Provide market-relevant information to customers to help them make informed business decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the defined territory.
- Work authorization: United States.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience with at least 1 year in metal sales.
