Software Sales Renewal Specialist

- Meet quarterly sales targets set for the team
- Maintain precise forecasting activities for the designated region within the CRM
- Effectively counter competitive challenges and identify additional sales opportunities
- Adopt an account management strategy to pinpoint co-termination and reinstatement prospects
- Collaborate with Quest software renewals management, technical support, and business unit teams to ensure customer success and provide timely feedback to leadership
- Develop expertise in specific technology solution areas such as security, database, or systems management products
- Stay informed about new technologies and support offerings to enhance sales capabilities
- Build strong relationships with peers in field sales, technical support, or product management to meet customer needs
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle to closure, utilizing cross-functional resources to achieve results
- Collaborate with other renewal team members and field sales to facilitate the sales process
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, renewals, or account management, or a combination of relevant experience and education
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on territory management
- Proficient in PC and internet applications, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high volume of email communications and outbound calls
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Associate's Degree
- Background in Customer Success
- Experience in software, telecommunications, or insurance sales
- Familiarity with Siebel or similar CRM systems
